Lap Yin brought Pui Ka to one villa in a case his company is handling. The villa is abandoned and no one would visit it. Pui Ka tries to run away but Lap Yin has the doors locked from the inside. Lap Yin also called Pui Ka's office (her colleagues didn't know that she has broken up with Lap Yin) to apply for medical leave on her behalf. He informed them that she has a bad case of gastric/intestines problem.
Pui Ka managed to hit Lap Yin with a decorative ornament and steal the keys from him to escape. However, as Pui Ka is unfamiliar with the area, Lap Yin ambushed her from the bushes and hit her legs with a tree branch for running away from him. Her legs are injured and she cannot walk. Lap Yin carried her back to the villa and tied her up.
There was an urgent matter in the office that requires Lap Yin's attention. Pui Ka encouraged him to go to the office. But before leaving, Lap Yin attached an electronic device to Pui Ka's neck. The electronic device is usually used on dogs to prevent them from barking. If Pui Ka shouted, the electronic device will release current to shock her.
Lap Yin announced that he has urgent matter out side of the office and will not be going to the office so often. Upon hearing this, Kelly takes the opportunity to go through the documents in his office safe. She made copies of the documents and wanted to pass them to Sing Hei (as a bribe to make him return to her!) She promised Sing Hei that she can help him get proof of Lap Yin's misdeeds as long as he stays with her. Sing Hei turned down her "offer" but she was really persistent. She begged Sing Hei to stay with her and seeing her so pitiful, Sing Hei agreed.
Pui Ka saw someone sweeping the streets outside the window. She tried to shout for help but was electrocuted. As she made the second attempt to shout again, Lap Yin return and managed to shut her up. Fiona and Kelly realised that Pui Ka is missing and frantically looked everywhere for her. Kelly informed Sing Hei of Pui Ka's disappearance.
Kit Yee heard Sing Hei saying that Pui Ka is missing. She admits that she helped Lap Yin to date Pui Ka with Sing Hei's phone. Sing Hei made her call Lap Yin to check on Pui Ka. Pui Ka answered and said that she has patched up with Lap Yin. She also casually mentioned that she will be enjoying the cool sea breeze and sunset view with Lap Yin. Lap Yin forced Pui Ka to say those things by holding her at knife point. Sing Hei goes to Lap Yin house to search for clues and found a document with the villa's address. He also remembered Pui Ka mentioning "sea breeze" and "sunset".
Lap Yin dropped his phone on the couch during his fits of anger. Pui Ka pretends to reconcile with him. He was happy and Pui Ka suggests that he buys a bottle of Champagne to celebrate. Lap Yin happily goes out to buy. On the way, his car stalled, and then he realised that he has forgotten to bring his phone with him. He turned back. Meanwhile, Sing Hei managed to find the villa and save Pui Ka. As they were leaving, the bumped into Lap Yin.
Lap Yin fought with Pui Ka and Sing Hei. As Pui Ka tried to run away, she slipped and roll down a hill. The hill was very steep, but luckily, Sing Hei managed to save Pui Ka. Pui Ka made a police report that Lap Yin had kidnapped her. But Lap Yin appeared at the police station with his lawyer and claimed that Pui Ka beat him up.
During Lap Yin's absence, Dai Gao handled the Jack Tung case to prove that he is a capable employee. But instead of praising him, Lap Yin scolded him for being a busybody! Due to Dai Gao's investigation, most of the adjuster companies knows that Jack Tung is a problematic agent. As such, Jack Tung informed his company that the claimants had dropped their claims. But instead, he wants Lap Yin to bear the cost (HKD 2,000,000) to pay the claimants their share of compensation.
Hoi Man showed Lap Yin they there's finally a reply from Dr Martin, the Parkinson expert that Lap Yin wrote to. But upon looking at the letter, Hoi Man realised that Dr Martin is a hoax and not an expert in Parkinson's disease as Lap yin had claimed. Lap Yin attempts to strangle Hoi Man again, but Leng Ma witnessed it. He said that Leng Ma's disease is incurable and the money should be invested rather than used to bear Leng Ma's treatment costs.
Leng Ma and Hoi Man decided to runaway from Lap Yin again. This time they go to Sing Hei's place. They told their miseries to Kit Yee but she refused to believe. In fact she informed Lap Yin of their whereabouts. Lap Yin came to Kit Yee's house and insist that Leng Ma and Hoi Man return. Lap Yin tried to negotiate with Leng Ma but luckily Leng Ma stand firm and refused to go home. When he failed to persuade Leng Ma he forcefully carry her. Luckily Sing Hei came back on time and managed to stop Lap Yin. Lap Yin was overcame by anger and dropped Leng Ma on the floor!
