Last One Standing - Episode 11

With Kelly's set of keys, Sing Hei went back to the office to read the documents. He temporary shut down the electricity flow and the CCTV cameras. Sing Hei discovered that Lap Yin has HKD 1,000,000 in cash for emergency use at his disposal. Lap Yin realised that they had a black out and the CCTVs are not working. He asked Kelly to check if the files in her office are secure.

Sandy, Pui Ka's sister, is actively involved in stocks investments. Pui Ka gave her HKD 50000 to invest. Sandy also asked Lap Yin to open an account with her buyt Lap Yin declined, saying that stocks are too risky.

Kelly invited Sing Hei to an Italian Restaurant for dinner and offer to treat him. But Sing Hei said Kelly had taught him many things so he should treat her instead. Sing Hei brought Kelly to a hawker stall by the roadside. The place not very clean and isn't air-conditioned. Kelly feels out-of-place there, but she made an exception because of Sing Hei. He taught her how to eat with her hands and drink beer from the bottle.

While having dinner with Kelly, Sing Hei saw a woman, who has the same necklace as Kit Yee. He remembered that Kit Yee had once asked Tse Leung to take the necklace to the jewellery shop to be fixed. He took a photo of the woman with the necklace and showed it to Cheung See.

Cheung See told him that she recognise the woman. Her name is Fa and she used to be a cashier at Tse Leung shop. Tse Leung place a lot of trust in Fa. Tse Leung used to receive bets for horse-racing illegally. He will record the bets on a cassette and write them in a note book. Tse Leung place the cassette tapes and books in Fa care.

Pui Ka received a call from an unknown person at work. The person is looking for Sandy. The man is a loan shark threatening Sandy to settle her debts. The loan shark also throw red paint on her house.

The loan sharks wanted to meet Pui Ka, so she called Lap Yin along. Pui Ka attempt to negotiate with the loan shark but failed. They ended up fighting with one another.

Sandy begs Pui Ka for forgiveness and asked her to help her settle her debts. She not only have debts in Hong Kong, she also has debts in Canada. And the total amount is HKD 1,000,000! Pui Ka was firm in telling Sandy off - she will not help Sandy bear the loans. But Sandy surprised Pui Ka by telling her that the earlier documents that Pui Ka signed, Sandy had slip in a form which makes Pui Ka the guarantor of her loans.

When Lap Yin heard that Pui Ka is now directly involved, he offered to use the money from his company to help the sisters settle the loans. Pui Ka didn't want to use Lap Yin's money but Lap Yin says it's his duty to do so as she is his wife-to-be.

Sing Hei purposely go and look for Fa. He then followed her back to her house. On the way, Fa was stopped by her landlord. She has missed paying her rental, so Sing Hei helped her to settle it. Sing Hei pretends to be a former worker of Tse Leung to get information from Fa. Sing Hei also find out that Fa's financial condition is not good after Tse Leung's death. Sing Hei also offer to tutor Fa's son.

During tutoring one day, the little boy showed Sing Hei some of Tse Leung's belongings. There were some tapes inside the box. Sing Hei decided to take the tapes home. One of the tapes has a recording of Lap Yin's fight with Tse Leung.
