Last One Standing - Episode 10

Fei Ba decided to sell their house to the developer, although Grandma is against it. After selling, the developer will continue to rent the place back to Fei Ba. They are only required to move out when the developer wants the unit. This way, Grandma would not know that they have sold the house.

Sing Hei discovered that Kelly holds the keys to the cabinets for all important documents in the office. Kelly also has the habit of splitting the keys as a precautionary measure.

Hoi Man invited Sing Hei out for a drink after office hours, but Sing hei invited the other colleagues too. Sing Hei also used the chance to get close to Kelly. Hoi Man is visibly jealous. After drinking, Kelly's car had some problems. Sing Hei saw and helped her.

When Kelly is not in her room one day, Sing Hei sneaked in and tried to open the cabinets and drawers. Unfortunately they were all locked, and his actions were discovered by Kelly. Sing Hei quickly cover his actions by pretending to ask Kelly how to fill up some forms. Kelly thought Sing Hei was wooing her and is pleased.

Sing Hei colleagues start to notice that he treats Kelly well. They tease Kelly about it and Hoi Man found out, much to her disappointment. She asked Sing Hei out for dinner alone and confront him about it. Sing Hei admits that he is pursuing Kelly.

Pui Ka's sister comes back from overseas. Due to Pui Ka's busy schedule, she got Lap Yin to pick her from the airport. Pui Ka's sister came back to attend Pui Ka's wedding, but she's also recently separated from her husband. She advised Pui Ka to cherish the relationship she has with Lap Yin.

Kelly offered to send Sing Hei home after work. On their way to collect Kelly's car, Kelly dropped her handbag, the stuff inside her bag fell out. Sing Hei helped her to pick up her belongings and saw the keys to the cabinets. He pick them up but doesn't return them to Kelly.
