Fei Ba left 50% of his belongings to Leng Ma, the remaining 50% will be split equally between Lap Yin, Grandma and Hoi Man. Fei Ba also made Lap Yin the executor of his will. Lap Yin will manage the monies left by Fei Ba and if anyone needs the money, Lap Yin will have to approve it first. Grandma was upset with this news. She was even more upset when she heard that Fei Ba has sold the house. Lap Yin offers to continue to bear the household expenses.
Sing Hei saw Roy chasing after Lap Yin in the office car park. He followed Roy quietly from the back. Roy attacked Lap Yin because Lap Yin wanted to pay Roy off with HKD 200,000 but Roy has not received the money. Lap Yin brushed Roy aside and angered Roy. Roy and Lap Yin ended up fighting, Sing Hei came out from behind the pillar to help Lap Yin.
Roy took out a knife to stab Lap Yin but Sing Hei managed to hold the knife with his hands. Roy pulled out the knife from Sing Hei's hands. Sing Hei kicked Roy and he dropped the knife. Dai Gao arrived at the car park. Lap Yin chased after Roy. Roy and Lap Yin continue their fight at the rooftop of the building. In the end Roy tripped and fell off the building.
The veins in Sing Hei's 3 fingers with damaged but doctor assured Kit Yee and Kelly that it can be cured. Lap Yin advised Sing Hei to take as much medical leave as needed.
Grandma refused to have dinner with Lap Yin. She claims that she is afraid that Lap Yin might kill her. She also told Pui Ka that every time she sees Lap Yin she feels very uneasy. She also explained that she really hates Lap Yin now.
Kelly visited Sing Hei at the hospital. Sing Hei hinted to her not to visit him everyday. Pui Ka also informed Sing Hei that her wedding will be pushed back due to Fei Ba's death. Kelly felt hurt that Sing Hei treated her coldly. She expressed her unhappiness to Pui Ka. Pui Ka promised to help her and Sing Hei patch things up. Kelly also learned physiotherapy from Pui Ka so she could help Sing Hei.
Lap Yin tried to taunt Grandma by cutting her plants. But when Grandma brought Hoi Man too check, the plants appeared undamaged. [What Lap Yin tried to do is to mess with Grandma's state of mind. He wants to discredit Grandma so no one would believe the things she say.] Hoi Man and Lap Yin discussed that Grandma maybe having a severe case of hallucination. Lap Yin suggested that they should bring Grandma to a psychiatrist but Hoi Man is worried that Grandma will refuse.
Lap Yin and Hoi Man arranged for Grandma to meet a psychiatrist at a restaurant. But Grandma was very sharp and alert. She refused to answer the doctor. She also managed to see through Lap Yin's plan and scolded him.
Pui Ka and Kelly visited Sing Hei. Pui Ka massaged Sing Hei's hands for him, after that she asked Kelly to try. But when Kelly wanted to massage, Sing Hei said it's not necessary.
Grandma woke up in the middle of the night and found Fei Ba's black goldfish dead in the toilet bowl. She quickly wake Leng Ma and Hoi Man up. But when they go to the toilet, the fish isn't there anymore. Now, Leng Ma and Hoi Man really believed Lap Yin's story that Grandma has a severe case of hallucination.
Sing Hei returned to work. At the office, Kelly offered to massage Sing Hei's hands for him. He took the opportunity to reveal his past to her, hoping that she will not fall for him. Kelly went to find Pui Ka asking her why she lied about Sing Hei's past.
When Hoi Man brought Leng Ma to the hospital for check-up, Lap Yin purposely set up more tricks to bait Grandma. In the end, Grandma ran away. Lap Yin called Pui Ka and Hoi Man to inform them that Grandma is missing. The three of them look everywhere for Grandma.

I loved the look in Lap Yin's eyes when he was cutting Grandma's plants. So evil, he looked like he was enjoying it too. Felt really bad for Grandma in this episode, being tortured by Lap Yin like that. It's only a matter of time before she loses her mind.
