Synopsis:
Banker, Cheuk Yat Yuen has a long lost brother, Cheuk Yat Ming. While trying to find him, Yat Yuen mistakenly identify con artist Sa Fu Loi as Yat Ming. Assuming Yat Ming's identity, Fu Loi manages to rise up to be one of the key players in the banking industry. This strange connection of brotherhood has blinded Yat Yuen and Fu Loi's real intentions.

Yat Yuen is kidnapped by a group of rioters overseas. This incident affected him dramatically and he is a changed man. His wife, Ho Tseuk Nin tries her best to comfort and console him but to no avail. To ease his pain, Yat Yuen returns to the arms of his former lover, Tung Chi Ling. Tseuk Nin is devastated when she learns of Yat Yuen and Chi Ling's affair.

Fu Loi enjoys being Yat Ming. This mistaken identity not only brings him financial status but also family warmth and a sweet taste or romance. Fu Loi finds himself falling for Yat Yuen's sister, Cheuk Yat Sum. Yat Sum is also attracted to Fu Loi but she keeps her emotions in check as she thought they are biological siblings. She chooses to remain with her long time admirer, Ko Tok Man.

Fu Loi is upset that Yat Sum rejects his love. He is not willing to give her up but he cannot reveal his true identity. Fu Loi is caught up in a dilemma where he must choose between love and fortune. he finally decides to choose fortune and embark on a journey of no return.

Gallen Lo will plan wedding after Born Rich wraps

Gallen Lo was spotted at the Peak Galleria for the filming of new TVB mega production, Born Rich. Gallen reveals that once filming for this drama wraps up, he will start the preparation for his wedding, with China actress, Sophie Xu. However, Gallen adds that he is not sure if the wedding will be held this year or next.

Gallen is still very much a private person and doesn't reveal much about his impending wedding. He says, "as for relationships, I have always kept it low when dealing with it, but this time for my wedding, I do want to make it big. As far as what will be done, I will have to do some discussions first." When probed by reporters further, Gallen refuses to answer nor comment about certain rumours including one which alleged that Sophie was once married to the director for the Beijing Olympic Games. He also refuses to comment if he and Sophie has a good/strong relationship, merely asking reporters to respect his privacy.

Gallen shares that he has never imagined that co-stars Nancy Sit's health was not good as she has always been lively on set. Gallen says, "I am really impressed with Nancy's liveliness, hope that she will get well soon!"

Gallen Lo engaged with Sophie Su

Born Rich actor, Gallen Lo recently announced his engagement with Mainland China's actress Sophie Su. The couple was engaged in a simple ceremony in Sophie's hometown, Beijing on January 30th.

Gallen, 46 and Sophie, 34 will be walking down the aisle later this year. The wedding will also be held in Beijing. Gallen shares that after the filming for Born Rich has wrapped up, he will be moving to Beijing to start his new family.

The couple met when they were both filming an EEG sponsored series, Beautiful Finale. Gallen and Sophie play a married couple in the series and as fate would have it, their on-screen romance was transferred to real-life.

A very excited Gallen describes this union as one arranged by the heavens. Gallen also shares what he sees in his new bride, "I finally was able to find someone who I could communicate with and has the same thinking as me".

This will be the first marriage for Sophie but the second marriage for Gallen. Gallen was previously married to Fong Man Yee and they have a son together.

Jamie Chik slapped Kenix Kwok

Kenix Kwok decided to leave TVB about three years ago to pursue greener pastures but now, three years later, she's back at TVB. She is currently involved in the filming of TVB new series The Grand Entrepreneur alongside Gallen Lo, Ray Lui and Jamie Chik.

Filming started a few months ago and there were rumours spreading like wild fire saying that Kenix does not get along with Jamie. Kenix denied that they could not get along and even gave Jamie a present during the latter's birthday.

Recently, Kenix and Jamie were spotted filming a scene for the drama series.In the series, Jamie plays Ray Lui's wife, while kenix is siad to play the role of his mistress. The scene filmed revolved around Jamie slapping Kenix along the streets. Both actresses were very involved in their respective roles. However, after completing the scene Jamie checked on Kenix to see if she was alright. Kenix assured that she was fine, "It's alright. The most important thing was we really shot a good scene for this drama."

Gallen Lo and Sharon Chan filming in Central

Gallen Lo and Sharon Chan were spotted filming for new TVB drama series The Grand Entrepreneur in Central. Sharon plays Gallen's lover in the series. Sharon was excited to be working with Gallen, "Very happy! But I’m not "electrified" yet”. Of course we focus on the work!"

Gallen explained that the filming for The Grand Entrepreneur will continue till March in Hong Kong, and after that they will film on locations elsewhere. Gallen will also be working during the Lunar New Year. He shares that his manager is currently negotiating a few shows for him.

Anita Yuen and Ray Lui share Christmas experiences

Anita Yuen and Ray Lui were busy filming TVB new series The Grand Entrepreneur. Anita revealed that she did not need to work during Christmas Eve. As such, she could spend the day with her family. She has to work on Christmas Day, though. Anita shared, "Although I had to work on Christmas day but we finished shooting early. That is why I went to have dinner with Chilam (Anita's husband). Morton went to Disneyland with his grandma. It's been a long time since we spent a festive occasion with just the 2 of us. It's a rare opportunity." Anita also reveal that Chilam gave her a Christmas present, but she did not give him anything in return. She said, "Nothing, I haven't given him presents for many years".

Ray Lui also shared his Christmas experience, "At Christmas I invited friends to have a party, my son was also included. I gave him a superman figure to encourage him to work hard in studying and go beyond others. He can also be Superman." Ray said that he enjoyed filming series, and that is why he returned. he doesn't nimd filming on Christmas.

The cast and crew celebrated Christmas by having dinner together on Boxing Day but Gallen Lo did not attend. Gallen explained, "That day I had to shoot outdoor scenes therefore I couldn't attend. I spent Christmas alone and it was very quiet, very peaceful. On New Year's Eve I will be rehearsing dancing with Nancy Sit because I need to shoot a scene that consists of her tripping over. I hope there won't be any accidents and perhaps we can use Wires on the day. I am afraid that I won't have the strength to lift her up after shooting the scene for a while."

Ray Lui showered with kisses at The Grand Entrepreneur blessing ceremony

The blessing ceremony for TVB new drama, The Grand Entrepreneur was held recently at Tseung Kwan O TV City. Most of its main leads, Ray Lui, Gallen Lo, Jamie Chik, Anita Yuen and Kenix Kwok were present.

Coincidentally, it was also Ray Lui's birthday. His female co-stars, Jamie Chik, Anita Yuen and Nancy Sit, showered him with birthday kisses. TVB also prepared some bithday buns for Ray. When asked what his birthday wish was, Ray replied, "My company originally was to be listed (on Hong Kong Stock Exchange) this year but had to be delayed because of the financial tsunami."

Gallen Lo and Anita Yuen kiss in public

Recently there were many sightings of the filming of new TVB production, The Grand Entrepreneur. Gallen Lo and Anita Yuen were spotted filming on location in Central. They were even seen locking lips.

According to unnamed sources, the scene they were filming tells the story of Gallen's character who fell in love with Anita in Sabah (a state in East Malaysia). Gallen somehow damaged Anita's belongings. When they were both back in Hong Kong, the two of them bumped into each other at Statue Square. Anita seized the opportunity to demand for compensation from Gallen. Gallen refused to compensate and Anita framed him for stealing a ring of hers. Policemen then arrived on scene. Gallen had to maneuver his way out of that sticky situation and decided to hold Anita in his arms and gave her a kiss so it looks like they were merely having a lover's quarrel. Anita then retaliated by hitting Gallen on his chest.

After completing the first scene of their meeting, the two very professional actors then proceeded to film another scene whereby their characters are already dating. The both of them strolled hand in hand by the Legislative Council building and shared an intimate kiss.

Gallen was teased that he had the luck to enjoy so many kissing scenes with Anita, but Gallen said that it's all in a day's work. Gallen also praised Anita for being professional and even claimed that her performance is Best Actress material. "Filming in these places is very rushed, we have to get into our roles immediately, I don't think much, this is to fit in with the plot, with so many years of experience I can handle this with ease. I am very happy to work with Anita, she hit me hard but it felt comfortable," explained Gallen.

Echoing Gallen's thoughts, Anita said the kissing scenes are all part of work. She is not worried that her husband Julian Cheung will be jealous. "Kissing in the street is OK, it's worse to feel embarrassed and have to kiss again, I rather audaciously complete it in one shot," Anita said. Filming for The Grand Entrepreneur will continue through the holidays but Anita said she will try to take a few days off to spend some time with her family.

Gallen Lo woos Anita Yuen in Grand Entrepreneur

Picture this: Gallen Lo holding a bunch of balloons and stalking Anita Yuen. Err... don't worry! This isn't really happening, it is merely a scene from the upcoming TVB drama The Grand Entrepreneur.

Although both Gallen and Anita had known each other for many years, this is their first collaboration in a drama series. Gallen was also spotted with a new image as he now has a goatee. Anita said that Gallen's goatee "makes her think twice about their intimate scenes." Anita said Gallen already look handsome even without the goatee, or perhaps she is just not used to seeing this "new" Gallen.

Gallen said his new facial hair makes him feel cool and this is the first time he is keeping a goatee. Aside from Gallen, Kenneth Ma was also spotted with a goatee. Kenneth said, "My first time too. I think guys with facial hair look very cool!" Kenneth said.

Ray Lui and Gallen Lo celebrate birthday on set

TVB's new much hyped up drama - The Grand Entrepreneur was filming on location in Central. The cast, Gallen Lo, Ray Lui and Jamie Chik were all dressed up in suits as they were filming a scene of Ray Lui accepting an award.

Ray Lui and Gallen Lo are both December babies, so the producer arranged for a cake to be sent on location to celebrate both their birthdays. Gallen birthday wish is for good health as well as for improvement in his son's studies. This is Gallen's first birthday after his divorce, however, Gallen was quick to add that he is in no rush to look for a new partner. He prefers to let nature takes its course.

Ray will spend his birthday working and revealed that he will be in Hong Kong this year for his birthday, much to the delight of his wife and son.

Grand Entrepreneur Constume Fitting

Ray Lui, Jamie Chik, Kenix Kwok, Nancy Sit, Anita Yuen and Gallen Lo attended the costume fitting for anticipated new TVB series, The Grand Entrepreneur (unofficial title). Ray Lui and Jamie Chik (Michael Miu's wife) previously collaborated back in 1985 in Flying Fox of Snowy Mountain. Their reunion for this new series is eagerly awaited by fans.

Although Ray Lui has not filmed for TVB for more than a decade, he had successfully maintained his appearance and body well. Ray shares some health tips, "You operate your own health. If you want health then you shouldn't have a night life. Sleep early and wake up early, don't drink too much alcohol. I have been practicing Qigong and boxing. As for a happy family you also need to operate it." Ray refused to divulged how much he will be taking home for this drama, merely saying that he "doesn't care about the earnings as it is not important."

Jamie shared that her earnings for this new series "involves the word happy." She also mentioned that she is excited to be involved in this production.

Kenix Kwok assured everyone that she has always been in contact with TVB. Previously, there were reports that Kenix's relationship with TVB is not good but Kenix said everyone was just too sensitive over the issue. She said she was attracted to the script of this new drama as well as the extensive cast. "It's a rare opportunity to be able to work with Ray Lui and Jamie Chik. It's very fresh," she said.

When a Dog loves a Cat

Synopsis:
Chow Chow loves animals and her family used to own a dog pound. One day she rescued a stray dog, Tai Pa, off the street and brought it home with her. Unknown to her, Tai Pa is sick, and the dogs in the dog pound contracted Tai Pa's disease. Due to her negligence, her father have to stut down the dog pound. To earn a living, her brother Jim and his wife, Tin Lan opened a pet shop.

Miu Chun, a colleague of Chow Chow dislikes dogs on principle. His girlfriend died trying to save a dog, which turned out to be Tai Pa. Because of this unfortunate incident, Miu Chun has a strong dislike for dogs. He takes custody of his girlfriend's pet cat, Cancan.

One day Chow Chow saved another stray dog from the animal control people and brought it home with her again. It turns out that this dog is the younger brother of Tai Pa, Siu Pa. To avoid making the same mistakes as the first time, she placed the dog in her empty neighbour's house. Unknown to her, Miu Chun has already bought that same house and plans to move in with Cancan.

Will these two neighbours co-exist in harmony or will their love for their respective pets put them at loggerheads with each other. How this conflict of theirs end?
