Synopsis:
The third installment of Burning Flame is finally set to air. Similar to its predecessors, Burning Flame 3 tells the story of a group of firefighters who strive to protect the safety and well-beings of the citizens of Hong Kong. They work in extreme conditions to rescue victims and through these trying times, the beauty of human nature shines through.


The leader of the group of firemen, Chung Yau Sing, encouraged Fong Lei On to take up the challenge and join the team. Lei On gets to know Cheuk Pak Yue, who was once buddies with Yau Sing but has since drifted apart due to a misunderstanding. Lei On sides with Yau Sing and as a result, his relationship with Pak Yue suffers. Lei On believes that Pak Yue has stolen Yau Sing's girlfriend, Ko Wai Ying and also caused Yau Sing serious injuries.


However, a terrible fire accident draws the team together in a twist of fate. The team of firefighters reflect and search for a deeper sense of awareness among themselves.

Synopsis:
Tong Yan Gai (Dai Bao) is the owner of dried sea products and abalone store. He is legally married to Ling Hau but has a live-in second wife Wong Sau Kam. He has four children, Chi On (Dak Dak Dei), Chi Yat (Gilbert), Chi Foon and Chi Yan. Chi On is adopted by Dai Bao and Ling Hau. Chi Yat and Chi Yan are Ling Hau's children while Chi Foon is Sau Kam's son.


Ling Hau was previously diagnosed with cancer. She did not expect to overcome the illness and as such, she arranged for Sau Kam to marry Yan Gai and take over her motherly duties. However, Ling Hau managed to beat the odds and survived the cancer. Sau Kam remains as Dai Bao's second wife although she is not legally married to him.


Sau Kam has always been worried about her position in the family. She is greedy and is always plotting to get Dai Bao's fortunes. She also engaged the help of Ling Bo (Ling Hau's brother) to create problems and misunderstandings. Ling Hau is determined to keep her family together at all costs. She is a wise lady who puts the family back together after each mess.


After Dai Bao and Ling Hau's death, Sau Kam fights for the family fortune from Ling Hau's children. She made false accusations and contaminate the family name to get her way.


The Tong family has a big problem on their hands and needs to rely on Sheung Joi Sum, Chi Yan and Dak Dak Dei's friend to help them.

Synopsis:

In Hong Kong, life is different for Tina. The people in Hong Kong undergo a faster paced lifestyle compared to the Philippines. Fei Tin chanced upon Daniel, a fashion designer, on her flight to Hong Kong and ends up working for him. Daniel hates Tina and constantly makes fun of her especially about her overweight figure.


Daniel is a perfectionist and believes that appearances are everything. People who could not manage their own appearances are not to be trusted with anyhting important. Tina and Daniel are complete opposites. However, a strange turn of events brings these two people closer than ever.

Synopsis:
Chung Shun and Chung Ching are two brothers working in the Criminal Intelligence Bureau (C.I.B.) of the HK Police Force. Working in the C.I.B is challenging and stressful as the bureau is involved in tackling organised crimes. Shun and Ching's family and relationships are affected due to this.


Shun is married to Emily and has a teenage son, Michael. After 10 years of marriage, their relationship is no longer how it used to be. On the other hand, Ching begins to develop a relationship with Samantha, who coincidentally is Emily's nemesis at work. Samantha is a very focused and determined person at work and Emily sees her as a threat.

Synopsis:
Tong Chi Ko is a respectable lawyer and the apple of his father's eye. His father, Dai Hoi, is a gambling addict and ends up with mountains of debts. Chi Ko and Dai Hoi get to know Tung Yat Chun at the racecourse. Yat Chun and Chi Ko develop a fast bond and becomes good friends.


Dai Hoi commits suicide after realising that his family has left him and he has a huge amount of debt which he is unable to settle. Chi Ko was framed for possession of drugs and lost his license to practice law.


Luckily for Chi Ko, Yat Chun managed to offer him a position as a legal advisor in the family business. Chi Ko then run into his high school sweetheart, Tsui Wing and they start a relationship. Chi Ko later learns that Tsui Wing has an atypical relationship with his boss, Tung Chin Lung who is also Yat Chun's uncle.


At the same time, Chin Lung's wife, Sung Kam Chi learns of Yat Chun's secret and vows to set him into a deathtrap and protects her immediate family. Chi Ko begins to suspect that the company he is working for is merely a front for some illegal business dealings. Chi Ko is set to uncover this mess and find out who the real mastermind is.

Synopsis
Lee Sum Ying loves to dance and aims to get a placement in the Hong Kong Dance Company. However, prior to the placement audition, she bumped into Ching Ka Chun, whose trolley runs over Sum Ying's feet. Sum Ying hurt was hurt and she did not perform well during the auditions. Ka Chun's mother, Bobo, is an established dancer and runs a dance academy. She offered Sum Ying a teaching position at her school, which Sum Ying accepted.

Sum Ying's brother, Lik Keung is a colleague of Ka Chun. They both worked at a herbal drink company. Co-incidentally, the herbal drink company is owned by Sum Ying's school mate, Sze Man's family.

Sum Ying enjoyed teaching at the dance academy, plus her personable and friendly character make her well-liked by her colleagues. All but one - Ka Man. Ka Man is Ka Tsun's sister and also Bobo's daughter. She misunderstands that Bobo places more attention and emphasis on Sum Ying than her and plots to bring down Sum Ying.

Sze Man eventually takes over the herbal drink company from her father. To foster greater team spirit as well as for health reasons, Sze Man sets up a dance class for her staff and hires Sum Ying as their instructor. Through these dance classes, Ka Chun's passion for dancing was revived. He even signed up for a dance competition with Sum Ying as his partner.

Synopsis:

Synopsis:

Synopsis:
Set in the mid 1900s, in the Loess Plateau of Shanbei region is where the story of two clans - the Yim Clan and the Sung Clan, unfolds.

The whole village had a plague attack and almost wipe off the entire Yim clan, until the Sung clan had arrived and helped them. The Sung clan taught the Yim clan to use gunpowder to ward off the plague. The Sung clan also taught the Yim clan ways to make fireworks. This caused the Yim clan to be indebted to the Sung clan. The Yim clan elders issue an edict that the Yim clan will always care for members of the Sung clan come what may.

All this change when the Yim Clan has a new leader - Yim Man Hei. The Yim clan has always viewed upon the Sungs as parasites and wished to evict them from their land (and yet stay true to the ancestors decree). Thus begins the various plots and struggle of the two clans to live on the land.

A Pillow Case of Mystery will end it's run this Thursday and Trimming Success starts it's run Friday onwards. I've watched Trimming Success a long time ago and I can't remember much from the series except that Stanley (Chek Chue) is very beautiful. (Yes, that's how "impactful" the series actually is!)

Synopsis:
