Ada Choi plans to electrify Moses Chan

Ada Choi has collaborated in 3 drama series with Moses Chan - Where the Legend Begins, Dance of Passion and The Gem of Life. They will soon be working together in their fourth collaboration, Superwoman (unofficial title).

Talking about their collaboration in The Gem of Life, Ada said most scenes that has Moses and her are those of them arguing. Ada plays Jessica Hong, the wife of Moses's father. Ada is full of praise of Moses, saying she admires his acting skills and also revealed that they are best of friends off-screen.

Ada assures fans that Moses will play her love interest in Superwoman. Even though she is already married (to China actor, Max Zhang Jin) she will still do her best to electrify Moses and create sparks for filming of Superwoman.

During this interview, Moses and Ada had to pose intimately. Moses complimented Ada for being a good actress as she never feared intimacy when filming. He also said Ada is a kind hearted and sincere person who is always willing to help others. Moses also revealed that he feels comfortable talking to Ada about anything and everything.

Grand Entrepreneur Constume Fitting

The Grand Entrepreneur TVB
Ray Lui, Jamie Chik, Kenix Kwok, Nancy Sit, Anita Yuen and Gallen Lo attended the costume fitting for anticipated new TVB series, The Grand Entrepreneur (unofficial title). Ray Lui and Jamie Chik (Michael Miu's wife) previously collaborated back in 1985 in Flying Fox of Snowy Mountain. Their reunion for this new series is eagerly awaited by fans.

Although Ray Lui has not filmed for TVB for more than a decade, he had successfully maintained his appearance and body well. Ray shares some health tips, "You operate your own health. If you want health then you shouldn't have a night life. Sleep early and wake up early, don't drink too much alcohol. I have been practicing Qigong and boxing. As for a happy family you also need to operate it." Ray refused to divulged how much he will be taking home for this drama, merely saying that he "doesn't care about the earnings as it is not important."

Jamie shared that her earnings for this new series "involves the word happy." She also mentioned that she is excited to be involved in this production.

Kenix Kwok assured everyone that she has always been in contact with TVB. Previously, there were reports that Kenix's relationship with TVB is not good but Kenix said everyone was just too sensitive over the issue. She said she was attracted to the script of this new drama as well as the extensive cast. "It's a rare opportunity to be able to work with Ray Lui and Jamie Chik. It's very fresh," she said.

Charmaine Sheh duets with Joe Ma

Charmaine Sheh, Liza Wang and Joe Ma recently attended a promotional event for their drama series, When Easterly Showers Fall on the Sunny West. Once a rumoured couple, Charmaine and Joe were again paired up for the series. They even sang a duet at the function, although Charmaine admit that she was nervous.

Charmaine also expressed that she would not mind working with Kevin Cheng as a couple team to earn more money. She is glad that her fees are so far not affected and revealed that she has some shows to do for the coming Christmas season.

Salt Traders and Pages of Treasure to air soon

Tavia Yeung's and Wayne Lai's win at the TVB Anniversary Awards were hailed as "deserving" by many fans, netizens and drama viewers. It was reported that TVB executives met and decide to capitalise on their wins and current popularity. Initially, The Greatness of a Hero was supposed to air after When Easterly Showers Fall on the Sunny West, but it seems there is now a chance in scheduling.

Riding on Tavia and Wayne's popularity, TVB has not postpone the screening of The Greatness of a Hero and replaced it with Tavia's Salt Traders and Wayne's Pages of Treasure! These two dramas is scheduled to take over the timeslot of When Easterly Showers Fall on the Sunny West.

TVB is reportedly giving Tavia and Wayne more opportunities. Tavia will film 2 dramas next year, including the much hyped up Palace Scheme alongside Moses Chan, Kevin Cheng and Charmaine Sheh. She will be taking on a villainous role. Wayne, on the other hand, will get his leading role in Rouge Merchant alongside Shereen Tang, Kiki Sheung, Rong Ng and Elliot Yue.

Ada Choi a 100% cook

Ada Choi recently recorded an episode of Starry Kitchen. During the taping of the episode, Ada had to demonstrate how to fry eggs with tomato. The Gem of Life star revealed that she learned to cook when she was 8, as such she doesn't have any problems preparing a meal. Mr Chow, the chef said that it is not suitable for 8-year olds to be learning cooking in the kitchen. Ada disagreed, saying that once she acquired the skills, they belong to her. Ada shared that she seldom cook nowadays as she is busy with work, but assures us that her cooking skills are 100%!

Ada, who recently tied the knot with China actor, Max Zhang Jin, explained that she is still not a 100% wife! She said she needs to spend more time and be more patient with him. Ada shared that her friends complimented her acting skills in the Gem of Life. She also shared that she has more jobs now thanks to the popularity of the drama series.
