The new series on the outlook was promising to start, upon sampling the current episodes the writing is formulaic and certain characters politically incorrect upon characters development.

It seems that one particular character is abrupt and abusive in mannerism but it is thus far accepted as normal behavior.

This is totally unacceptable in this day and age where violent physical contact whether from a man or woman or even in this case a Tom Boy ( short of being a Lesbian )is not encouraged.

TVB series of late failed on many levels, it lacks creativity and authenticity in drama writing, hence comes across a tad insulting to the intelligence of viewers.

Want to address issues like drugs, kindly do your research before simply writing it into your scenes.

It is totally irresponsible to be so ill informed especially in climate where information is readily available.

Most series writing come across as lazy and predictable or plots and loose end conveniently wrapped up.

Wax & Wane have the potential to be a classic TVB Drama Series of the late 70's and even the early 80's.

It features top talent, probable situation, potential human drama that reflects a contemporary living in HK, but so far failed in the series dramatic writing, often repeating ideas and dialogue just to make the 30 episodes quota.

My feedback may not mean much I must accept but I do hope it reaches a willing ear that could passed on feedback to relevant creative team responsible for putting TVB Drama series on air.

Thank you.

Just finished watching the series and I loved it. I love Roger Kwok's character (Yong Yi Chun) as it really adds flavor to the show.

As usual with TVB series, the ending was a tad dissapointing. Was hoping that Kate Tsui (Man Ka Fu) will end up with Yi Chun.

All in .. this show was relatively good. Worth watching.

It's now showing in Malaysia paid TV channel. I'm so so sad that you have just mentioned Kate Tsui did not end up with Roger Kwok. I think they are a perfect match. Sigh......I want to change the script!!!!!
