Gigi Wong reunites with John Chiang when they were filming new TVB drama, The Truth Father of Him [巴不得爸爸]. Gigi was excited about the reunion, "I had filmed with John a long time ago and now I had a chance to film with him again. And I believe I can produce filming reaction with John Chiang again. And really respect him as the King of Asian Actor."
Gigi revealed that she decided to film the drama because she wanted to film again with John, Sunny Chan and Shirley Yeung. She hope to create new chemistry with them. There are also some old faces whom Gigi had collaborated with previously including Myolie Wu (Golden Faith, The Drive of Life), Nancy Wu (Tiger Wong Snatches the Bride), Ron Ng (Golden Faith, The Drive of Life) and Louise Lee (The Colourful Life)
